Messing around with machine translation/OCR. Any Japanese speakers here who could help me with this very brief exchange? This is from DVDMS-337. It starts at 48:08 and ends at 48:20. Whole exchange is only 12 seconds.

Anyone know of a good audio to text program? I've been using PyTranscriber & JAVAutoSub, but I'm looking for something a little more high powered that will produce better quality. Dragon seems to be the most highly recommended, but I downloaded a copy only to find out you need a microphone to even use it. I just want something I can upload an audio or video file to and then have it transcribe it. Any suggestions?
