How do I use yomichan with the custom dictionaries OP's link provides?

That shows dictionaries for use, but I can't import them. It mentions a Yomichan import program here:

Which I downloaded, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. I tried selecting the index.json file in the zip files, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
