My favorite moment in the whole game is the battles with Remilia on the last day.
Seija, who seeks to create a world where the weak are not ruled over by the strong. Remilia, who wants the strong to oppress the weak even more. An all-powerful vampire aristocrat versus a punk with a few toys. Even their visual design is a beautiful contrast, with Remilia's soft pastels clashing with Seija's bold and jagged colors.
Their first duel is Fitful Nightmare. You can almost hear Remilia yawn as she uses this. She assumes that this lazily OP spellcard is more than enough to delete anybody, and frankly, if it wasn't Seija she was going up against, she'd be right. The shock and fury that must have gone through Remilia's mind when she realizes that she actually LOST to this PLEBIAN must have been horrific.
They meet again for their final confrontation in Kyuuketsuonigokko. Now Remilia is meeting Seija is an equal, both of them flying around the screen in an fatal game of cat and mouse. Turning into a bat, exploding, laying down mines, going off screen, becoming more powerful with each blast, flinging walls of death... it feels like Remilia is fighting you with her own set of tools, the same way you and Seija have learned to fight.
Whenever I beat this stage, I always imagine a bloodied but unbeaten Seija weakly putting a sandal on a fallen Remilia, triumphant.
The final fight against Yukari feels so easy after that I have to imagine that it's her way of secretly congratulating Seija in her usual toying way. For me, the battles with Remilia are the true climax.

The amanojaku's ultimate purpose, while contrarian, IS to irritate, deceive, bother, and anger people. It is a contrarian to get that across. In that sense, I'd say Seija, like all amanojaku, are evil. While it's true she thinks against the norm what gets her giddy ultimately is people being upset.

In a weird hypothetical world where evil was the norm, however, Seija would be a rogueish good guy. Amanojaku weren't created for an evil world, though.
