Hey there. I finally got the result I wanted.
I went ahead and upgraded my 20.3 (2) to +8 because it would give more opportunities to prove my point - all of "red T", "hankousen" and "green T" worked, contrary to +7 where only "hankousen" would make a difference.
I used Wurfgerat to boost firepower by 1 so Kuma with WG42 and 20.3cm (2) had 79 firepower shown in the game, with 2.82 bonus from the Akashi upgrade (sqrt8). The third slot was T32 RADAR.
According to your theory, in green T her day damage should be:
(5 + 69 + 1 + floor11.82) * 1.2 = 103.2

According to my theory, in green T her day damage should be:
(5 + 69 + 1 + 11.82) * 1.2 = 104.184

As you can see in the picture, the target was Ha-class destroyer. It has 7 armor, so possible armor rolls are 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9. According to you, such Kuma in green T should deal 94-98 damage. According to me, 95-99 damage.
