Anyone been to the consulate office to apply for a visa? I can either mail in my application materials or go in person, and I don't know which will take less time (I need it pretty soon, like within three weeks). I've heard there are long ass lines at the consulate, but I've also heard mailing in can take a while. Anyone have any insight?
