Phase 1 is a virtual repetition of the end of the world after the factory ending. They are all brains hooked to VR.

Phase 2 will continue the world-ending disasters and the stuff we saw after the credits. It will end with them being pulled out of the simulation and given organics automata bodies (Blue Jayden scene).

Phase 3 will be about humans in organics automata bodies restoring the Earth or eliminating the key factors that make it impossible for humans to live in, now that the 8MS is broken. At some point, someone is thrown into the 1000 year door and stays there frozen in time.

Phase 4 takes place 1000 years after the main story and shows how humanity has recovered its population and technology has advanced enough for space travel to be a regular thing. But they are all a new species of human that was genetically modified thanks to Koshka's brain so they could survive in the Earth's environment. Miyao and the others are still alive in those blue automata bodies, protecting the world.

It could very well be a prequel to Haworthia.

I mean, CPP in Ciconia refers to "congenital" parallel processors. It can lead to bad shit if you don't get along well, but it usually resolves itself with effort and by the time they are a grown adult they tend to have a very high functioning system of multiple personalities. I've heard of many cases IRL. Basically, there is no "main" personality after they learn to work together, it's just that by that point one of them has already made friends, made an impression of what he's like, etc. So it's easier for that person to live life and he/she becomes the "main" one in a sense.

What SPOILER had in Subahibi wasn't congenital, it was caused by shit that happened to him as a kid, when his brain still had enough plasticity to become like that as a defense mechanism. Those alters are more unstable and troublesome, often stuck at certain ages and riddled with trauma, taking over out of nowhere, with barely any form of communication between them and the main personality. They rarely manage to become 100% normal, but they can be put in their place, interact with their host and even learn to behave, with the help of a psychologist. In the worst case scenario, they can be forcibly integrated, fusing with the host, but it's a pretty terrifying process and requires loads of counseling, if it even works at all.

Also, I'm pretty sure SPOILER had some other mentall illnesses beyond that. He was fucking hallucinating shit that wasn't there and seeing his alters everywhere. And that was before the drug trip.
