I guess that's true, for the international fans, there's already the language barrier but with NMB material, there's also the cultural barrier (owarai) hence the disconnect. It's a common occurrence and I can't really blame them for being put off by it. But giving it a chance would probably change some people's minds (especially since all three seasons are subbed).

NMB is a real hit or miss. I personally liked them initially because of their performance level (pls watch Harucon) and then the shows mentioned above made me love them more,
