I know it's a stretch, but unless there was offical art of her from a lower angle or behind (maybe there was?), the two black cylinders could just be the place where she bends her knees in a somewhat outward fashion making a < form (since we, or mostly I don't know the exact size of her Abyssal platforms).
So unless this pic is a perfect depiction, she might aswell have legs.
