Let me give a little more insight.

A reader sent a question regarding what Sayu said in her own radio program: That she went with a kouhai member to Shibuya but as she didn't like the hat that the girl was wearing, she recommended her a new hat. The girl seemed very happy with the new (and cute) hat. The reader asks how weird was the hat that the girl was wearing.

The hat in question was of a famous brand, but had a more mature feel, like a hat that a mother would wear (like a tulip hat). The girl, Lin, was wearing a really cute (princess-like) dress but it didn't go with that kind of hat so she looked weird (her head and her body seemed like 2 different people).

Then Samna says the Sayu should've bought it for her instead of making her buy it. Sayu makes her rebuttal saying that LinLin is rich and Eri adds that it looks like she comes form a well off family (she's an ojou-sama, she says). Her jerseys, the hat are all from renowned and expensive brands.

Also, when Sayu and Lin went to eat (Lin said that she found a nice Chinese restaurant), Lin excused herself a bit while they were eating and took care of the bill in secret. Sayu was pleasantly surprised by such a considerate kouhai.

I might be missing or mishearing some details, I have a hard time understanding Sanma.
