Not really, at least not to everyone.
I remember watching some interview with Riley Reid about her personal life and she said that she prefers absolutely normal guys without anything related to porn-sized dicks or some peak-performance body.
There are some good looking and fit (steroids probably) men in porn like Shimiken but the vast majority of them are average looking and probably the same short-dicks as everyone else. And anyway, it's pretty common that porn bitches still prefer normal men because that's how things are instead of lusting only for guys with 20cm dicks.
