I'm not so sure about that, I get the feeling that her shtick of "Picking a bully comment to read to create an entertaining scenario" has made her pretty adapt at curating what kind of messages she gets.
Yeah she'll read the "Haha funny comedian" messages plenty of times but it is less so about her not wanting to ignore them and more because she realizes that most EOPs enjoy that meme, else it wouldn't keep popping up.
Just as an example the last two DS streams I can't remember her reading a single non-Japanese comment or Supa so she definitely ignores comments when she doesn't want to read them.

That isn't to say she doesn't care, just not to the point where she hurts herself.

You who can't stand watching Death Stranding you can rest easy knowing that she will finish it today at least, there isn't a lot left to go.
