“With a sword, the same way you kill anything else, lad.”
>”Oh dear...this isn’t good,” the boy mumbled.
>The grabbed you by the arm before hastily leading the rest of you toward the exit
>”We have to get out of here. Now.”
>”Hey, lad, what’s the big deal,” one of your mates wondered
>The boy turned to you, still leading you out, as he said, “If you only stabbed her, she’s not dead.”
>Almost on cue, you hear a gritty voice coming from one of the corners of the room you entered
>”You...You think this...is over?”
>You were in the same room where you killed the ghoul
>And there she was, slowly struggling to get back up
>She grabbed a hold of the blade that was stuck in her stomach, and began pulling it out
>Slowly...very slowly did she pull the sword out from her body
>All the while letting out the most agonizing, blood-curdling scream you could’ve imagined
>Her screams didn’t stop until the blade finally dropped from out of her gaping wound
>At least, it should’ve been gaping
>But her wound was healing. At such an incredible rate, too.
>That’s when you realized—this girl wasn’t just undead. She was immortal.
>She stood back up, looking at you and your crew with nothing but murder in her eyes
>”I’m going...to kill you.”
