Due to unforseen consequences there now appears to be a Mantis clutching herself on your shoulders and nibbling on your ears. This raises the question on how well trained you are, capable of carrying a young insect woman with ease. However it might just be that she is very light, being part insect. Which raises the second question, would a human sized insect be light?

Nevertheless, you suspect the Mantis on your shoulder is unlikely to leave anytime soon. This may or may not be due to you headpatting and rubbing the cheek of said Mantis.
This leads you to believe that said guide on 'deterring insectgirls' might in fact be a hoax meant to attract said beings instead. You believe you should have been more suspicious when you discovered the authors name to be M.antis.

You however still have said Mantis on your shoulder. She appears to have just switched to your other ear, nibbling on it and using her antenna's to tap around on your face. You wonder if these antenna's might have been used to send out morse codes in other times.

This however does not solve your issue, how do you remove the Mantis from your shoulders? You suspect that asking her might not be the best solution.
