The 3 fairies first chapter had them make the path to the shrine unending so no one could find it which is dangerous but not the worst if you know whats going on and tempt them with whatever offering you brought for them today for safe passage. Plus they're fairies and will get bored easily if you say just lay down and take a nap on the side of the road or something.

Kasen can get carried away but physical violence or being a lewd pink thing probably won't be an issue. Suika is a bit more unpredictable but as long as you avoid being locked into a drinking contest or challenging her you SHOULD be fine.
Your biggest fear would be Clowpi affecting someone strong with her flame and getting attacked by said insane person but again, you bring bribes for the fairies for safe passage and you could avoid most pranks.
