I used 2 nicks back in the day. The first one was the name of a character from a comic book which resembled my real name, but I usually fucked up my first registrations for a number of reasons, so most of the time I lost that account. Then I registered with the name of my favourite WWF wrestler, whose name incidentally also came up a few times during my middle school english lessons where I got attached to the word even more. I shat up a few anime-related forums until I realized that most of the community is either narrowminded or overly critical. Their attitude just seemed wrong. Not that I was much better, but I'd like to think that sometimes I maid intelligent posts, not just flamebaits.
Then I got into online gaming where I always used some utterly stupid anime-related name. My Counter Strike alias was for example Tama-nee for a while. I quickly got banned for too much camping, *accidental* TKs and general intentional noobness. I still can't believe that I could fool those people with saying that I did things like this at Kosovo and I know better when to camp, where to shoot and why to shoot the damn wall.

Discovered it was statistically impossible to NOT get a promotion.
