The silicone body is definitely harder than TPE so the touching aspect feels less good, this is my only silicone doll so can't compare it to how soft other brands are, but I do hear some of the higher end ones use a softer grade silicone mix. The LHP is very good though, easy access for doggy or cowgirl.

No, a pretty normal cheapish tpe, sexye brand from aliexpress, it was ok for the price don't regret it for a first doll.
