Can Centaurs actually learn magic or are nightmare the only type that can?
I'm wondering because I've been listening to an old folk song called Witch of the Westmorland forever and only recently trying to place which is more likely for the witch

Kind of want to say more nightmare because of the whole sleeping with but I've never heard of them actually granting anyone magical powers
