Started playing Touhou last week, only one I played before was Ikaruga, but I'm having a blast with them.
Cleared 6,7,8 and 9 on normal so far, and I'm currently working on 1ccing 8 since it seems the easiest.
Any other games to reccomend?

Are there any other good danmaku games with little girls as playable characters and bosses?

I've been having trouble with any copy of EoSD that i download. It works just fine for about 2-3 days and then refuses to start up. this is the 3rd time so far and i'm wondering if any of you have had the same problem and if so, did you fix it?

Ok /jp/, I've got a problem and I think I'll ask you.
Yesterday, I bought a fancy keyboard, which does for most work real nice. However, when i try to play some Touhou, any top-view touhou game, There is a tricky little problem. When I'm shooting, I can't go diagonally down and left; if I press the two arrow keys I just go left. Works fine if I'm not shooting. Anyone got the same problem as me? Can i solve it? Do i have to buy a fancier keyboard?

Hi /jp/. I played EoSD for the first time ever about a week ago. That was the first touhou game I ever played. I want to complain about it's difficulty, which felt like this (on normal mode);
level 1 : Meh, is it really that easy? better go get that 'lunatic' thing.
level 2 : Oh, look, I was hit once, big deal.
level 3 : Hey, this is starting to get tricky, that boss is getting on my nerves.
level 4 : Wait, why are there so many bullets on the screen? why am I being killed from all directions?
level 5 : OK WAIT WHAT
TL;DR: I suck and can't get past stage 5 at EoSD

I play normal and I usually lose all my lives and continues around stage 5 (sometimes Patchouli). It's awful.

How do I stop sucking so much?

So I downloaded my first Touhou game, I've been playing the Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil for the last 2 days, practice-playing each stage repeatedly until I can get through it without dying once. Well tonight I was trying to get some reading done but all I see is bullets flying across the page and I can't make out the words at all. Is there any way to make my eyes go back to normal quickly?
