It's kinda hard to describe, but like the pic attached, you place the tip of your tongue at the roof of your mouth behind your teeth. You know how the gums behind your front teeth is raised to a small point then slopes down to form the roof of your mouth, you place the tip of your tongue at the base of that slope just before it levels out to become the roof of your mouth.Then you kinda breath out with enough force to make your tongue trill a bit.
