the problem is I stopped doing new cards completely. Sentence mining discouraged me from immersing at all, so I just kinda stopped doing any Japanese study. I stopped immersing AND grinding core so I literally didn't progress for like 6 months. I'm trying to get back on the horse now in a way that won't cause me to burn out and quit. (Surprisingly I actually enjoy grinding core decks as long as reviews don't pile up).

I suppose I prefer new vocab to be spoonfed to me rather than me hunting i+1 sentences manually.
