Anon, there is literally a whole chapter of WaHH about a lizard causing powerful, unnatural storms. Not even a "lesser dragon", but a lizard that could eventually become a dragon if it kept growing. You're telling me that a single lizard with incomplete dragon powers is stronger than Gensokyo's entire dragon population working together?

Anon, this is the sentence you're talking about. The sentence which you're insisting says 龍神 (Ryuujin) rather than 龍 (dragon). I can understand being confused if you go by the Touhouwiki translation, since they keep translating both as "Dragon God" for some fucking reason.

The weather isn't the only thing. Touhouwiki also claims that only The Dragon God can travel between worlds, even though we've been blatantly shown other dragons doing that.

Let me reiterate: ZUN has described dragons as having these powers. He has shown dragons as having these powers. And you're saying that what he really meant by this was that they don't have these powers?
