Just lose with .32 left on the clock during the EX survival attack. I know the game crashes if you beat that attack, but god damn am I frustrated as hell now and probably can't play anymore.

If your skill level is high enough you can easily 1cc it on normal if you only go for lives or bombs while in spirit mode or whatever it is. When I did that on my second try I 1 life cleared it.
