She compensates with wideness, which matters equally when dodging. Just wait until ENCB gets Albatreos, he's a L ART but you can get him about the size of a S ART. It makes his profile so low that his arms/weapons are underground, but he still has a huge hitbox in form of his wing missile pods.

That's Albatreos' main appeal though, being a tiny L ART which you can easily tune to 40FLY and dodge around, he has Float Dash, a ton of inbuilt missiles (think the Misside AM ones except with 480 ammo or so) and Toybox-style cruisemissiles too.

It seems it's easy enough to get 40FLY on him. His shields are overlapping, this could be a problem. Otherwise, I'm set after a couple of capacity upgrades, the second core upgrade, float dash and broad radar. 38TEC hits the HD wisp threshold, wisps curve very well and are especially helpful against hoppers. 37TEC and 40TEC is the fully upgraded cruise missile thresholds.
