PMiSS has like 4 sentences about the dragon and the barrier. The ambiguity of that text doesn't even allow to 100% confirm that the dragon was involved in creation of barrier in any way. And 'safeguard in the system' is nothing but a pure speculation. Something that 'primaries' like >>10280857 always hate.
There is zero proof that barrier will be destroyed if Reimu dies. In fact it would be stupid. That's the opposite of safeguard.
