Well, my method was complicated, but the overall strategy should work for any Yukari in the multiverse.

1. Approach her as a prospective subordinate. Knowledge of Onmyodo, Comp. Programming, Occult Lore or Taoist Philosophy are pluses regardless of what incarnation of Yukari you've reached.

2. Gradually strengthen the relationship. Endear yourself to Ran and Chen to show a trustworthy nature. Take chores in stride, but try not to come off as toady. Pamper her, I found massages excellent in my case.

3. Once you've earned her trust, do something to truly distinguish yourself. This is highly variable. In my case, I began to integrate hypnotic techniques in my massages, playing off of her own sleepyhead's nature and present physical relaxation. She eventually let me take her into a full trance, and I am certain that if it was a mere fling before, it is now a blossoming relationship, so becoming a Youkai is soon on the docket.
