Satoko has no romantic feelings for Keiichi. That was the case in the original Visual Novel, and nothing about the new anime changed anything about it. In fact, Satoko forgot about both Keiichi and her Nii-Nii as she became a witch and even injected the former with HS. A blushing image of Satoko in a manga spin-off does not change these facts after both Mion and Rena were shown to do the exact same thing.
