Guess I confused you a bit with my poor English.

I mean, when you sortie a girl into a map with a tag, she get it, even on easy difficulty, so you can only sortie her to maps with that color (some maps share the same color tag). But tags are ignored when you sortie in easy difficulty, so you can send girls with any tag. This is pretty useful to farm maps in easy difficulty, like most people do. You get easy S ranks without clearing the map (resetting the HP bar by switching back and forth easy difficulty), and then, once they get the drops they want, switch to hard for the rewards.
