It's indeed CC Wild Words (well spotted). I use it since I'm under the impression that it's fairly standard. I used Anime Ace first, but I the version I used has some kerning issues so I switched.
The search history is in DejaVu Sans, since that's a fairly neutral "computer" font.

Thank you for the translation! I don't really know which version to pick, so please voice your displeasure if you think I did poorly.
I'm also not sure about the typesetting of the title: a font where each letter is of similar height would look nicer since the effect of splitting the text into two colors doesn't look great on the small letters here. Since these are only the sample pages, I plan to redo them if we get nicer scans once the full doujin is out, so I'm experimenting for now.
