The Chief God would have an easier time fighting the Demon Lord if she stopped pumping out Heroes that will just be raped and married by some monster girl and if she actually gave weapons and materials that could fight of Demonic Energy and Monsters in general.

>Chief God straight up prevents humans from advancing their technology and numbers in fear that they would eventually rebel/be too powerful to manage, so Order settlements are stuck in a perpetual medieval stasis.
>Order keeps sending males into Monster Territory, the one thing that monsters want and need to increase their power and numbers.
>Humans proles are continously fed inaccurate propaganda about monsters being flesh eaters instead of going for the more accurate and appropiate argument that monsters will cause humanity's extintion by breeding with them and failing to produce male heirs. Order won't even point out the almost functional extionion of dwarves as a demihuman race and how they've practically turned into monsters who need males from other species to reproduce.
