And that's just the eyes. hearing implants that only let the user hear his wife and any other non-female entity, prosthetic arms with customizable multitool capability, legs with "auto hip movement" switches, second/third/tentacle-/extend-o-/portal dong technologies, and so on. the possibilities are infinite and i like all of them.
