Rika is still justified because there's nothing she could really do in face of the GHD until the pieces starting falling into place. It's true that after 100 years she has no qualms jumping fragments but that pretty much can't be helped. If she worried about the fragments she left behind she would never have a peaceful moment. Even her verbally abusing Rena or K1 occasionally is nothing compared to Satoko who is running around injecting innocent people. Satoko is actually a fucking villain and doesn't want to save anyone, or prevent a disaster. She IS the disaster. She is Oyashiro-sama, the equivalent of Takano, not Rika.
