Could you kill a youkai with a nuke? Yes, absolutely. They're not immune to physical damage, if they were the source books would have mentioned it. Yukari herself was highly concerned with a similar explosive yield and surrendered rather than actually trying to counter it, and she's one of the strongest youkai around in regards to magical capabilities.
Could you kill a youkai with artillery? Yes if you could land a shot but given the fact that they're flying, nimble, and small targets that can and will engage in guerrilla warfare it would likely be ineffective.
Could you kill a youkai with a firearm? Depends on the caliber. Smaller arms are unlikely to be effective at all, a sniper to the head under ideal conditions with a clear shot on a target that is standing still in the open for some reason would probably kill all but the most robust youkai, assuming a similar anatomy to humans. Assuming is the key word here because again we aren't given enough information about youkai biology or limitations to really give a conclusive answer on what can or can't kill them. Given that Remilia's regeneration is specifically pointed out as being above average, and the stipulation attached to it is "as long as her head remains intact", we can assume that youkai can't regenerate from massive cranial trauma. Again, though, that's an assumption. Maybe other youkai don't have the restriction and their regeneration is just inferior in other ways. Maybe they can survive partial head damage so long as other major organs survive. Maybe they can survive partial head damage so long as a specific nucleus survives, Cell style. We just don't know.
