OP take a shower immediately. You've been pushing these conspiracy theories in the /2hug/ threads. I don't care for hololive but you need to move on with your life. You make a lot of assumptions about those posts. It could be OPs bumping their thread or it could be aspies like you trying to push hololive threads off the board. You've gathered evidence of threads being bumped but your conclusion for why this is happening is silly. There's nothing stopping them from making a new thread about their favorite vtuber (pic related), so why would they need to bump the existing hololive thread off the page?

It's most likely OPs bumping their empty Touhou threads because you guys have stretched the fandom too thin. Furthermore, there's no way for mods/janitors to do anything about this behavior. They'll just start bumping those threads with useless sentences which will only further shit up the board. And if you add in some type of IP guard against this they'll just use their smart phone's IP.

I gave up being a gatekeeper 10 years ago and you should too. I've said this before. /jp/ is a multi-cultural board that includes a diverse group of topics ranging from /travel/, idols, male sex toys, dolls, VNs, Touhou, Kancolle, JAV, otaku/japanese culture, language, etc.... So trying to impose your culture on a board with this much topics is fucking stupid. Get a life dude and i'm not trying to be offense. I appreciate your effort though.
