Didn’t take long until she began to apologize for what she did, but she didn’t make any excuses because of being drunk or under a lot of stress due to her company. I asked if there was anything I could do to help, but she said no. Apparently another, larger company wanted to buy hers and had managed to turn a lot of employees against her with promises of better wages and benefits. So even though they couldn’t simply buy her out they could incite a strike or some such.

I told her she ought to just sell it and start something else since she hadn’t really been looking for happy for the past few months. She kind of laughed and told me maybe that’d be for the best, but for now she wanted to talk us.

I said I was completely willing to get back together with her because I still loved her. Sometimes things happen that we deeply regret, but we can still move on. Stuff like that. Not to mention no one has managed to test the depths of my kinks quite like Mistress. She had a touch that was beyond compare.

To my surprise she cried a little and said I was too good for an ‘abusive, cruel bitch’ and wanted to let me go. She’d give me some money so I could make it on my own for a while and then moved to take my collar off - the one she’d placed around my neck not long after our first ‘date.’

Once I broke the kiss after a little while I shook her and told her she was being stupid and sometimes relationships could be rocky. I felt kinda dumb saying all this to her since she was far more experienced and older than I was, but she seemed to be in such a sad state.
