WRONG! In the transitioning chapter he's in the hospital and can NOT remember what happend that night besides getting hit in the head a couple of times and he does NOT remember getting hit in the head that last time.

Okay so will you finally stop repeating yourself and actually try to make an argument against the already established events?

Except you do not know that. And your picture shows that something isn't right, when Keiichi is initially hit in the head he falls right besides Satoko, and he is screaming his lungs out and the ends with Ooishi raising his bat getting read to smash it down. But in the page you just posted Keiichi is behind Ooishi and away from Rika. Meaning he moved or was moved, either way we can discern from this that there is indeed a cut from the last page of chapter 12 to where it picks up from chapter 12.2. We haven't seen the full picture of what really happend that day, not to mention the author at the time was still trying to hide "Satoko is le culprit" from the audience so he just shows the part where she says Rika. He wouldn't have shown Satoko saving Keiichi in this chapter since it would ruin the retarded twist he had with her. Ooishi would NOT have forgotten to kill the man he claimed to be the accomplice to the murders and who was still screaming bloody murder as he was getting ready to swing his bat down.

I will await your response to see how you will respond to the evidence I have just shown you, explain how it was possible for Keiichi to be moved behind Ooishi as he was laying right next to Rika unless he was moved there by someone. The most likely outcome is that Satoko told Ooishi to keep him alive to interrogate after Rika and then proceeded to kill Ooishi and he had finish up with Rika.
