Spoilers abound, be warned.
She's actually a pretty minor character, only appearing 2 1/3 times. The last three chapters are branching paths for what ending you get (there's not a good one) and she appears in the "sunflower" ending. It's the one mostly centred on Rumia's relationship.
Remilia is the main antagonist, and Chireiden appears in the last few chapters, but it turns out Satori is a complete yandere who manipulated everyone to keep 21 in her house. In the sunflower ending, she's a much more direct antagonist, but not at the expense of Remilia.
You can probably tell which one I like the most.
The "Lavender ending" is the one focussed on Satori, and is the one where her manipulation goes undiscovered, but if you read the other endings first you might notice one of her offhand comments reveals she knows *exactly* how to save a certain someone, but cuts herself off when she remembers that if she does nothing, her competition is effectively eliminated
Overall, I love the writing, and the story is full of twists. If/when you finish it, i'll probably comment on any thread you make to discuss it, i'm here everyday.

I can imagine her listening intently to you expaining something, not understanding a word of it, and when you're finished, raising her arms to say her catchphrase, all with the smile that could blot out the sun!
