I used to believe this was mostly a meme or it's not as bad as it seems, but as someone whose been watching Mio since day 20 I didn't want to spoil myself on DQ11 and now she doesn't even have that option there's absolutely no fucking way in any layer of hell that her streams can consistently break into above 6k all of a sudden as of... I don't even know how long ago but not very, probably somewhere in the range of a month or two. She's had a few bursts of popularity but absolutely nothing recently that makes me believe even her zatsudan's getting such high numbers are completely legit, the only exception would be the family stream which kinda makes sense.

Hololive's doing some funky shit lately and I really don't like it, because if you make it too obvious it just gives people more reason to go after your girls and makes everyone feel worse.
