The character with the worst misrepresentation is Sagume by far IMO. Canonically, she is a good schemer who uses her power meaningfully for her and her people's need disregarding everything else. Fanon can't even get her power right (even though it's pretty hard to understand to be honest)
Second is Flandre, EoSD dialogues were shit, but the best guess is that she is childish and doesn't understand what death is and her true powers, hot the KILL EVERYONE cringecoaster
