Well, I wasn't so tired after all.

There's 406 lines in the opening, that's the whole background of who Maeve is until you get her and I'm certain the largest chunk of lines in the game.

The breakdown that I counted

406 line introduction to Maeve
15 lines when I went to the store
37 lines when Erin found out I had a girl in a tank in my room
7 lines when I asked Maeve to read a book
4 lines when I went to work
7 lines again, the same 7 as before
22 lines when I went to the other store
7 lines that are slightly different from before, she simply wanted to read a book about music instead of one about pretty rocks
and 5 lines when I went out to explore

I know there's a few more events coming up, at most 100 lines each. I guess I could see the game having 2000 lines but I'd honestly be surprised if it had much more than that. Sure the endings might fill that up a bit but I'll know more when I finish. Let me get a semi accurate count of one playthrough.
