here is exactly what she said. there's plenty of nuance there to interpret it how I said. saying there's a dating ban is absolute bullshit given how sashihara herself dated despite a ban. ban is just words unless you can enforce it.

furthermore the "got caught" part is kind of a lame accusation in the first place given that the evidence is a few second contextless clip of saya and someone's second hand account. so the lack of a response is kind of appropriate

despite that !=me got destroyed by what is barely even a scandal. so that should at least prove that these girls are obviously taking a risk to date, and are not just getting away with it like team 8, akb, hkt, nmb, ske, stu, ngt, etc are.
