Yes. She's friends with Reimu and Momiji. Suika seems to like her too, as she's always joking around with and asking her to drink with her in interviews. Remilia finds her amusing. Patchy is completely neutral to her. Keine gets along with her pretty well. Akyuu is fine with her. Actually the only people I can think of that out-rightly dislike her are Sakuya and Hatate.

I love her. She's my favorite touhou.

Supposedly the tengu are pretty cautious of the oni because they used to live on the mountain and they don't want the oni to takeover their territory again. But Suika seems to be really friendly to Aya in their dialouges and interviews together, she told jokes to Aya and even offered drinks to her.
