I've always thought that a mge-based rip off of Dungeon Keeper would be the best way to play the game. The entire game is about building dungeons to corrupt the surface world and defeating invading adventurers so it would meld seamlessly into an mge setting. There are already similar H games about breeding dungeons that sadly tend to be grotesquely degenerate. Hell I would kill for a fun remake of dungeon keeper in general. It was good but it doesn't hold up too well.
