What are the parts of Character Materials that are not translated? This is a matter of the preservation of information.

I started to work on bits for ORT and Lorelei, only to find that they had translations seemingly arbitrarily placed, without source, on the Type Moon wiki - of all possible sites. And, the only site which is listed on Tsukikan as hosting some translated parts of Character Materials is long dead, as was its backup. Does anyone know what's missing, if anything?

My ultimate goal is to consolidate all of the fucking bits and pieces into a proper single document.
