What about a Curse Doll, that is a pretty but generic doll that tempts women to want to possess them. And the longer they have the doll, the more the doll resembles them and the more they resemble the doll. At the point of monsterization, their real body, now a monster becomes a near faceless fem H protag ventriloquist (that is of course highly fuckable) Meanwhile, they become the doll, their consciousness and personality (and of course sexuality) now speaking through the doll, while the main body is more like the puppet now.

Separating the two produces an effect much like the Dullahan, in that while the doll is usually bratty, and uses her main body like muscle, separated she becomes nervous and docile. And while together the main body is often stoic and taciturn, acting at the whims of the doll, when separated it's able to express itself (non-verbally) without inhibition, where much of the doll's subconscious comes out, and the majority of the doll's subconscious is horny and loving and clingy.

Being a spooky doll, however, after a given time it has the uncanny ability to just appear in the hands of its ventriloquist. This may be a blessing or a curse, depending on how you look at it. Do you want to be trapped under 40lbs of tits and ass when the predominant personality becomes a brat?
