This also got explained, Eva said a lot of bullshit to Ange because she wanted her to move on with hating Eva rather than knowing the truth about her parents. Sending her to St. Lucia's is also not evidence of anything foul because again, Ange's entire bullying scenario was a fictional story. Ange might've hated it there but we have no frame of reference for what her school life was actually like. The entire social outcast scenario was built from what information the writer(s) of EP4 had on her. And also St. Lucia seems like a pretty good place to be a student as long as you're not an incel autist obsessed over a comatose sissyboy.
