God cubes give a flat 10% chance of a banner character. So step 2 would be 15%, then 20%, 30%, and finally a guaranteed sfes. Assuming I didn't fuck my math you have a ~57% chance of getting a banner character from steps 1-4. So on the plus side here you have a decent chance of getting 2 sfes characters from this banner. On the downside 2700 god cubes is quite a lot. And in your specific case you have 3/7 characters so you may end up dropping a ton of GC for dupes.
