Fumos are only manufactured for a short period of time. Since there's demand for them after they're done being manufactured, people will buy them and then sell them for much higher than what they originally sold for because... well, who else are you gonna buy them from? Scalpers, resellers, you can call them what you want. The reason some of them go for $200 is because they are rare and/or highly sought after. Mokou used to go for over $300. If you want fumos for a decent price wait for an official release. Monitor this thread and the gift website closely. Either that or bite the bullet.
