I used a website called manga republic (https://manga-republic.com/)) this is my first time using them though and from what I can see it SEEMS safe from the online reviews and such there have most if not all of the unscanned Higurashi mangas on there and for a lot cheaper price then what you would find on Ebay. I only ordered 5 right now as more of a test incase I do get scammed but once I get it and it all looks legit I'll go ahead and just buy the rest of the original anthology collection before moving on the next one. The ones I bought mostly because it supposedly has content involving my favorite ship so 3 of this Higurashi romance Manga, the first volume of the original Higurashi anthology and the 11th volume of the next Higurashi anthology series. And yeah I live in the US, I would've gotten much sooner if it wasn't for the delay due it being Christmas and ordering so many at once but if Manga-republic is legit then it'll be the best place to buy unscanned manga for cheap as just one of these would've costed me like 30 bucks on Ebay!
