You guys can get custom ones made for 25 bucks on ebay. If I remember right someone in a previous thread was saying they got one and it was quite nice. I don't know what the texture of the fabric used is like though.

The problem comes trying to find an image that is high enough resolution. The image in the OP is not hi-rez enough to be printed.

Theres also this one that had me excited. Thing is, the doujin in your post only had like one page of Okuu in a diaper and this doujin here had like zero, it was just about her taking care of some human baby. I have seen another one where Yukari gets abducted and has to wear one too but I don't like bondage or forced stuff I like the cuter nicer more loving stuff like in the OP. She doesn't look mind-broke, she looks calm and loved, which is funny considering who drew it.
