You cant "win" much. They do sell scapedolls and grinders in packages though.

Most of the current scratch winning prizes are recolored variations of the same default costumes and additional stuff for the room.
You can also remodel yourself, partially for free, partially for AC. You cant tell what costs how much, because all prices in cbt mediated to 10 AC per operation.
